Yet, Iââ¬â¢m sure he isnââ¬â¢t the Other Power, Elena. Heââ¬â¢s too nice.â⬠Elena gestured. Sheââ¬â¢d reconsidered about her doubts of Alaric herself. Not on the grounds that he was decent, but since she had gone through four days in his storage room snoozing. Would the Other Power truly have let her stay there safe? Obviously, Damon had said heââ¬â¢d affected Alaric to overlook that she was up there, yet would the Other Power have surrendered to Damonââ¬â¢s impact? Shouldnââ¬â¢t it be awfully solid? Except if its Powers had briefly worn out, she thought abruptly. The way Stefanââ¬â¢s were wearing out at this point. Or then again except if it had just been professing to be affected. ââ¬Å"Well, we wonââ¬â¢t check him off the rundown just yet,â⬠she said. ââ¬Å"Weââ¬â¢ve got the opportunity to be cautious. Shouldn't something be said about Mrs. Blossoms? Did you discover anything about her?â⬠ââ¬Å"No luck,â⬠said Meredith. ââ¬Å"We went to the boardinghouse toward the beginning of today, yet she didnââ¬â¢t answer the entryway. Stefan said heââ¬â¢d attempt to follow her down in the afternoon.â⬠ââ¬Å"If someone would just welcome me in there, I could watch her, too,â⬠Elena said. ââ¬Å"I feel like Iââ¬â¢m the only one not busy. I thinkâ⬠¦Ã¢â¬ She stopped a second, considering, and afterward stated, ââ¬Å"I think Iââ¬â¢ll pass by home-by Aunt Judithââ¬â¢s, I mean. Possibly Iââ¬â¢ll discover Robert staying nearby in the shrubs or something.â⬠ââ¬Å"Weââ¬â¢ll go with you,â⬠Meredith said. ââ¬Å"No, itââ¬â¢s better for me to do only it. Truly, it is. I can be subtle these days.â⬠ââ¬Å"Then accept your own recommendation and be cautious. Itââ¬â¢s as yet snowing hard.â⬠Elena gestured and dropped over the windowsill. As she moved toward her home, she saw that a vehicle was simply pulling out of the garage. She dissolved into the shadows and viewed. The headlights lit up a frightful winter sight: the neighborsââ¬â¢ dark beetle tree, similar to an exposed fanned outline, with a white owl sitting in it. As the vehicle thundered past, Elena remembered it. Robertââ¬â¢s blue Oldsmobile. Presently, that was fascinating. She had an inclination to tail him, however a more grounded desire to check the house, ensure everything was okay. She circumnavigated it subtly, looking at windows. The yellow chintz blinds at the kitchen window were circled back, uncovering a splendid area of kitchen inside. Auntie Judith was shutting the dishwasher. Had Robert come to supper? Elena pondered. The yellow chintz blinds at the kitchen window were circled back, uncovering a splendid area of kitchen inside. Auntie Judith was shutting the dishwasher. Had Robert come to supper? Elena pondered. Elena wished she could see something beyond her auntââ¬â¢s profile in the gleaming light of the TV. It gave her an odd inclination to see this room, realizing that she could just look and not go in. To what extent had it been since she understood what a decent room it was? The old mahogany whatnot, swarmed with china and dish sets, the Tiffany light on the table close to Aunt Judith, the needlepoint cushions on the lounge chair, all appeared to be valuable to her now. Remaining outside, feeling the fluffy touch of the snow on the rear of her neck, she wished she could go in only for a second, only for a brief period. Auntie Judithââ¬â¢s head was tilting back, her eyes closing. Elena inclined her temple against the window, at that point gradually dismissed. She climbed the quince tree outside her own room, however to her failure the window ornaments were closed tight. The maple tree outside Margaretââ¬â¢s room was delicate and harder to climb, yet once she got up she had a decent view; these draperies were all the way open. Margaret was sleeping with the bedcovers attracted up to her jawline, her mouth open, her pale hair spread out like a fan on the pad. Hi, infant, Elena thought and gulped back tears. It was such a pleasantly blameless scene: the nightlight, the young lady in bed, the soft toys on the racks overseeing her. Furthermore, here came a little white cat cushioning through the open way to finish the image, Elena thought. Snowball hopped onto Margaretââ¬â¢s bed. The cat yawned, indicating a little pink tongue, and extended, showing smaller than normal hooks. At that point it strolled gently over to remain on Margaretââ¬â¢s chest. Something shivered at the underlying foundations of Elenaââ¬â¢s hair. She didnââ¬â¢t know whether it was some new hunterââ¬â¢s sense or sheer instinct, yet unexpectedly she was apprehensive. There was risk in that room. Margaret was at serious risk. The cat was all the while remaining there, tail washing to and fro. And at the same time Elena acknowledged what it resembled. The mutts. It looked the way Chelsea had taken a gander at Doug Carson before she jumped at him. Gracious, God, the town had isolated the canines, yet no one had considered the felines. Elenaââ¬â¢s mind was working at top speed, yet it wasnââ¬â¢t helping her. It was just blazing pictures of what a feline could do with bended hooks and needle-sharp teeth. What's more, Margaret simply lay there breathing delicately, neglectful of any risk. The hide on Snowballââ¬â¢s back was rising, her tail expanding like a jug brush. Her ears smoothed and she opened her mouth in a quiet murmur. Her eyes were fixed on Margaretââ¬â¢s face only the way Chelseaââ¬â¢s had been on Doug Carsonââ¬â¢s. Margaretââ¬â¢s face only the way Chelseaââ¬â¢s had been on Doug Carsonââ¬â¢s. In any case, the day off, similar to a cover around her, appeared to stifle the words into nothingness. A low, dissonant cry was begun in Snowballââ¬â¢s throat as it flicked its eyes toward the window and afterward back to Margaretââ¬â¢s face. You read The Vampire Diaries: The Fury Chapter Nine in class Paper models ââ¬Å"Margaret, wake up!â⬠Elena yelled. At that point, similarly as the cat pulled back a bended paw, she gave herself wholeheartedly to the window. She never knew, later, how she figured out how to hold tight. There was no space to stoop on the ledge, yet her fingernails sank into the delicate old wood of the packaging, and the toe of one boot stuck into a solid footing beneath. She slammed against the window with her body weight, yelling. ââ¬Å"Get away from her! Wake up, Margaret!â⬠Margaretââ¬â¢s eyes flew open and she sat up, tossing Snowball in reverse. The kittenââ¬â¢s hooks trapped in the eyelet cover as it mixed to right itself. Elena yelled once more. ââ¬Å"Margaret, get off the bed! Open the window, quick!â⬠Margaretââ¬â¢s four-year-old face was brimming with tired amazement, however no dread. She got up and bumbled toward the window while Elena gritted her teeth. ââ¬Å"Thatââ¬â¢s it. Great girlâ⬠¦ now state, ââ¬ËCome in.ââ¬â¢ Quick, state it!â⬠ââ¬Å"Come in,â⬠Margaret said loyally, flickering and venturing back. The little cat sprang out as Elena fell in. She made a get for it, however it was excessively quick. Once outside it coasted over the maple branches without hardly lifting a finger and jumped down into the day off. A little hand was pulling at Elenaââ¬â¢s sweater. ââ¬Å"You came back!â⬠Margaret stated, embracing Elenaââ¬â¢s hips. ââ¬Å"I missed you.â⬠ââ¬Å"Oh, Margaret, I missed you-â⬠Elena started, and afterward solidified. Auntie Judithââ¬â¢s voice sounded from the highest point of the steps. ââ¬Å"Margaret, would you say you are wakeful? Whatââ¬â¢s going on in there?â⬠Elena had just a moment to settle on her choice. ââ¬Å"Donââ¬â¢t advise her Iââ¬â¢m here,â⬠she murmured, dropping to her knees. ââ¬Å"Itââ¬â¢s a mystery; do you get it? Let's assume you allowed the kitty to kitty, however donââ¬â¢t advise her Iââ¬â¢m here.â⬠There wasnââ¬â¢t time for any more; Elena plunged under the bed and implored. From under the residue unsettle, she watched Aunt Judithââ¬â¢s loading feet come into the room. She squeezed her face into the planks of flooring, not relaxing. ââ¬Å"Margaret! What are you doing up? Please, letââ¬â¢s get you back in bed,â⬠Aunt Judithââ¬â¢s voice stated, and afterward the bed squeaked with Margaretââ¬â¢s weight and Elena heard the clamors of Aunt Judithââ¬â¢s objecting with the spreads. ââ¬Å"Your hands are freezing. What in heaven's name is the window doing open?â⬠ââ¬Å"And now thereââ¬â¢s snow everywhere throughout the floor. I canââ¬â¢t accept thisâ⬠¦ Donââ¬â¢t you open it up once more, do you hear me?â⬠somewhat more clamoring and the stocking feet went out once more. The entryway shut. Elena wriggled out. ââ¬Å"Good girl,â⬠she murmured as Margaret sat up. ââ¬Å"Iââ¬â¢m pleased with you. Presently tomorrow you reveal to Aunt Judith that you need to part with your kitty. Disclose to her it frightened you. I know you donââ¬â¢t need toâ⬠-she set up a hand to stop the moan that was assembling on Margaretââ¬â¢s lips-ââ¬Å"but you need to. Since Iââ¬â¢m disclosing to you that kitty will hurt you in the event that you keep it. You donââ¬â¢t need to get injured, do you?â⬠ââ¬Å"No,â⬠said Margaret, her blue eyes filling. ââ¬Å"But-ââ¬Å" ââ¬Å"And you donââ¬â¢t need the kitty to hurt Aunt Judith, either, isn't that right? You reveal to Aunt Judith you canââ¬â¢t have a little cat or a pup or even a fowl until-well, for some time. D

Test Score Deadline for 2017 RD and Deferred EA applicants - UGA Undergraduate Admissions
Test Score Deadline for 2017 RD and Deferred EA applicants - UGA Undergraduate Admissions Test Score Deadline for 2017 RD and Deferred EA applicants It seems like everything is changing for the freshmen who will be applying for Summer/Fall of 2017. The FAFSA date is changing to take into account tax/financial information from two years prior to their entry term (some are calling this Prior-Prior Year FAFSA), the SAT has changed, the ACT essay has changed, and the Coalition Application is now a part of some colleges application system (not ours). As far as the changes to the SAT and the ACT, we have seen some changes in the timing of the release of scores. For the SAT, it might now take in between 26 and 39 days for us to get a score report. In addition, the ACT (without the essay) is now taking about 10-14 days to get to us. In light of these changes, and in trying to help out our applicants during a confusing year, we have changed the required date for taking AND requesting a test score be sent to UGA. We will take any SAT or ACT (without the essay) that is both taken AND requested to be sent to UGA by February 11th. This means that we will use the SAT that is offered on January 21 and the ACT that is offered on February 11. This does not mean wait until the last minute to send any scores though. Since we use only your best scores, and we superscore by using the best subscores within each test type (ACT, SAT 1, and SAT R). My best suggestion right now is to send us your scores as of now, and make sure to list UGA as a score recipient when taking the SAT or ACT, and if you will be taking one a test during the last dates we allow, it is imperative to list UGA as a recipient (or we will not be able to use it). We hope this helps our applicants during a year of change, and Go Dawgs!

The Effects and Outcome of Child Sexual Abuse - 712 Words
Child sexual abuse (CSA) is the act of engaging a child in unwanted sexual behavior and activities such as rape, incest, molestation, prostitution, and other forms of sexual exploitation (as cited by Goodyear-Brown, Fath, Myers, 2012, p. 4; McGarth, Nilsen, and Kerly, 2011, p. 485). From the efforts for child protective movement in the 1800s to the feminist anti-rape movement a 100 years later in the 1970s that brought to light CSA as a crime against women (Whitter, 2009, p. 7), this type of abuse has been an ongoing issue that has constantly been in and out of sight of the public spectrum of social problems. It is an abuse that children throughout history have been subjected and overlooked by society as taboo and rare occurrence; however, recent literature points otherwise. According to statistics one in twelve children are victims of child abuse (McGarth et al., 2011, p. 485) and in the United States there are approximately 39 million survivors of CSA (as cited by Gaskill Perry, 2012, p. 29). The survivors are not only left to cope with the traumatic experience, but also the negative effects of the abuse that follow them to adulthood that create unfavorable outcomes such as mental health problems, criminal behavior, and employment obstacles that make it hard for survivors to lead successful lives. With the heinous acts of CSA, survivors often times have psychological and mental health problems that affect their prospects in life and outlook. Evaluation Of The Anterior Cruciate Ligament - 971 Words
Estimations indicate that each year in the United States 200,000 ACL tears occur, with approximately 50 percent of those tears requiring reconstructive surgery: Furthermore, about half of those ACL tears are accompanied by a torn meniscus (the cartilage that acts as the shock absorber between the shin bone and the thigh bone) and/or injuries to other ligaments. Common symptoms of a torn ACL include knee instability, swelling and pain. What is the ACL? The Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) and the Posterior Cruciate Ligament (PCL) are located inside the knee joint. The ACL and PCL form an ââ¬ËXââ¬â¢ behind the kneecap (patella), with the ACL resting in front of the PCL. Both of these ligaments are responsible for controlling the back and forth motion of the knee joint; however, the ACL is responsible for stabilizing the kneecap ). In addition, the ACL is responsible for preventing the shin bone (tibia) from sliding forward on the thigh bone (femur). The ACL provides the knee with stability while an individual pivots or twists. This ligament is critical because without it, performing any kind of rotational activity is impossible, particularly when it comes to playing sports like soccer and basketball. Melanie Montez Eng 101 10/20/2012 Mr. Schlittner Compare and Contrast Essay Advantages of being a child vs being an adult. The advantages of being a child are easy enough to say that it will be a lot simpler than being an adult. We will write a custom essay sample on Advantages of Being an Adult and Being a Child or any similar topic only for you Order Now Growing up you always wanted to be an adult and all the freedom that comes with being an adult. Being a child, you have your parents there every day to help you to adjust in the world. You also have all of your siblings there to fight or argue and then make up after your done, that always made your mom upset that you were always fighting with each other and then there goes the time when your mom will make you do this holding hands thing until you guys can get along. There is always cartoons on in the morning befrore you get up and go play outside. You can eat cereal three times a day and not ever be tired of it and you can also play in the mud without even caring if you got dirty. The birthday parties were always more fun too. Being a child had its disadvantages too, you would have to go to sleep early and have to be up in the morning to go to school. There is the doctors appointments that your mom never told you about, and when you get into the doctors office the doctor pulls out this big humungous needle and sticks it in your arm. Your mom used to tell you that it was good for you and it will make you not get sick, then when your arm is in pain you think she is telling you a lie from your parents and basically their undevided attention and think as a child ââ¬Å"wow that would be fun and great. It is a daily routine being a child; getting up to go to school, shower, breakfast, lunch money, a ride to school and to see your friends and learn for the day. Not worrying about all those grown up things that adults do to survive and to do right by trying to survive and take care of children so they do not have a life most children do not get to have. You would have to worry only about friends, siblings and having the best time as a child. At the end of the day you would have dinner made for you and only have to worry about doing all these things all over again the next day. When you are an adult your day would start by waking up in the early morning thinking about how you will spend the day. Well of course in some cases you will have children so automatically there is responsibilities that has to be taken care of and that will the start of the day. Of course being and adult comes with a lot of responsibility. Growing up; schools and parents would teach you that being an adult comes with a lot of responsibility; so of course the day would start off by waking up to think of how you would take care of the family today. Even if it is just to make them food or give them a ride to school. In order to be a responsible adult you would have to find ways to provide for yourself and your children. These things do not come in books either because I looked. They are not as easy as you think it is. You will have these people depending on you to do the best and to get them the things they need. As a child you would get to experience many things such as vacations, friends, allowence, and some kids; even though they would not be able to experience a vacation hey would still have those child hood memories that one day their children will want to hear and know about. Think of how it would make a parent feel if they cannot give their child a vacation. Parents just do not come across vacations that easy. Something a parent would have to do to get a child a vacation would be impossible. That is just one of the things parents would have to think about. It would be more complicated than that to be a great parent. There is also a lot of caring to consider when raising a child. You ave to consider the begining of the childs life and make sure you are parents who love their children. Need is another part of parenting that we all need to consider. Children will need to learn from their parents and grow up to be what is right for them and when you are a child you will learn to find out that one day with all the hard days of raising children they will be able to find out in the real world that it takes a lot of work to raise children. When you see your children grow up because you who had anything to do with it they will thank you as long as you grow up right. Children are always wanted and needed for this world to continue and it is very important that we all think and take advantage for the great things we get in life. As you get older you also start to loose family members and we all will get old. As an adult we will have to face the fact that the children we do have will eventually grow up and find someone of their own to start their own family with. It is not the best to be an adult and all the responsibilities it has to come with but in the long run as long as you have the right mentality. Failure of Information Systems Projects
Question: Discuss about the Failure of Information Systems Projectsof Jordan. Answer: Introduction The business report depicts the important of developing an Information system project in organization in Jordon and how the failure of that IS project affected the commercial growth of the organization. The reasons behind the failure of the project are process driven issue, context driven issue and content driven issue (Sweis, 2015). Certain factors are also defined, that played the role of obstacles during the project development phase. This business report illustrates the causes behind the failure of the Information System (IS) in Jordon. Usage of improper technology is identified as one of the major problems of project failure. Project failure will affect the commercial growth revenue of an organization also. In order to combat the project failure, certain technology based recommendations are also provided. Analysis of the discovered problems in Information System Project in Jordan While analyzing the reasons behind the failure of the business project in Jordon, it has been found that process driven issue, context driven issue and content driven issues have affect the Information System project in the Jordanian organization. Information System is referred to as a diagnostic technological tool that is widely used by almost each and every organization all over the world (Kerzner, 2013).The organizational performance automatically gets enhanced after adapting the concept of technology in terms of Information System (IS). Difference between the Information System and Information Technology (IT) issues While analyzing the background of the failure of an Information Technology Project in Jordan a large set of differences between the Information System and Information Technology is defined. The differences are as follows: Information system Issue Information technology Issues Information system is referred to as a container that holds large data set or information in terms of people, processes that are used to create design of the project, data storage manipulating factors and different computing technology based tools (Sweis, 2015). It helps to establish a bridge rather communication between the business computing technology. The objects of the information system are different operating tools. If any of a tool fails to serve its requirement the entire project will be a failure. On the other hand Information Technology is referred to as instance of an Information System. IT only deals with the technology, If a single technology fails then it will lead to major organizational as well as business failure. The degree of an IS includes various IS theory, management foundation, social science and information technology (Kerzner, 2013). The IT infrastructure is required to be secured and aligned towards commercial benefit. If it lacks to meet the requirement of the consumers then project will be referred to as inefficient. IS concentrates on the quality of the information stored in the data storage or database of an organization. While adapting current technologies, the members of the development team are needed to be experienced (Davis, 2014). Lack of experience is another issue for the Information technology application. Integrated IS system also plays vital role in the external and internal communication processes. It increases the coordination and reduces the rate of conflict occurrence within an organization. Lack of technical innovation and invention are other IT issues. Identification of the factors that affect the business performance While developing an IS project, the development team should consider certain factors like cost, time and quality. The success of any information project depends on its time cost and quality management (Galliers Leidner, 2014). If an IS project fails to meet any one of the criteria then, the entire project will be a failure for the organization. Mainly two issues such as managerial and technical issues are identified that affect the profit of an organization. The project failure factors are as follows: Process driven issue: The process driven issue includes improper business planning, incorrect business planning, improper project management, monitoring, control, lack of strategic planning formulation and ineffective change management system (Pritchett, Woolcock Andrews, 2013). In the planning phase if the experts do not provide required attention to all the developmental aspects then, the project will be a failure. The project managerial head should monitor and control the entire progress path from the very initial till the implementation of the process (Wilson, 2014). According to changing time phase additional technologies are needed to be added with the existing business strategy to bring effective profit. In the initial project planning phase, the finance department of the Jordanian organization makes a feasibility study to measure whether the business project is beneficial or not. If the project is found to be ineffective then, before its official launching required changes s hould be added. In adequate assessment of risks is implies as another reason behind the project failure (Pankratz Basten, 2013). If it is found that, in order to bring changes in the existing Information System (IS) project the required budget is exceeding the estimated money then that will also lead to project failure. Context driven issue: This issue holds the technologies oriented to the information system project itself, design of the system, resources of knowledge and the IS/T professionals (Mashhour Zaatreh, 2015). If the development team selects a wrong integrated system in terms of software then, the scope of improvement declines. Content driven issue: This is referred to as the background or the project development environment. In other words it can be said that content driven issue arises if the project development team do not focuses on all the aspects (Davis, 2014). This issue includes, the culture of the firm, structure of the firm, management style maintains by the organization, internal and external communication processes, involvement of the participants from different departments are adapted to deal with risks that might occur in an organization (Preez, Tate Nili, 2016). If the participants of the project do not communicate with each other properly then due to lack of communication, it will unable to meet the requirement of the consumers. The accomplishment of an IS project is dependent on the contextual perspectives. The role of Information System in supporting the business process and technology integration During the measurement of Jordanian IS project success it has been found that Information System plays the vital role while developing a IS business project (Sweis, 2015). Weak measurement of development scope, incorrect timeline solution or the level of improvement according to changing time phase, poor communication among the members of the project development team are the main measuring factors that lead to failure of the IS project In order to improve the existing business project, the business project sponsor, project manager and the vendor manager are required to consider the measuring factors in an organized manner to conduct success and commercial benefit (Kendrick, 2015). It will help to reduce the complexity and the change management will help to resolve the issue occurring in an organizational management system (Sweis, 2015). The purpose of developing an Information System is to resolve the risks that might hamper the regular flow of a business process. The managers are required to be suggested by the IT experts so that the IS project could become efficient in terms of firm management process. The vendor and the consultants should understand the scope of the project complexity (Zou et al., 2014). If the project fails to adapt the required technical changes in the existing information system then, it will lead to complete project failure. The managerial factors related to the Information System management are the most critical factors or obstacles on the way of a successful project implementation (Ismail King, 2014). Even in the way of project success and failure organizational behavior and political factors play vital role. Ranking of the factors that leads to Jordanian business failure Success Factors Ranking Process driven issue 1. Timeline management during the IS project implementation phase 2. Inappropriate assumption of the availability of resources 3. Definition of the requirement and scope as a weak one 2 Context driven issue 1. Inadequate communication between the project members of the organization 2. lack of involvement of the participants 3. The key individual of the IS project, changes 3 Content driven issue 1. High degree of customized application 2. In the Information System project, specified design approaches 3. Inadequate key specification in the starting phase of the IS project 1 Depending on the sub factors of the risks it has been found that if the application of a particular business project is specified the project will not be able to serve all the requirements as per the clients requirement. Customization in the business project provides security to the business project (Sweis, 2015). Only the authenticated users are capable to access the information from the project or additional requirements can be added to the existing business by the authenticated team members. Before implementing the project in the real world application appropriate verification and validation are needed to be done so that, it could meet the requirements of the business project (Montequn et al., 2016). Feasibility study is referred to as one of the most important factors to be considered before the implementation of a business project in an organization. Estimated budget overflow is another issue with the Jordanian business project. Customization increases the efficiency of a business project and at the same time, if the development team unable to serve the requirement on time or unable to deliver the project outcome on tike then, it will also lead to project failure (Sweis, 2015). The IT consultants involved with the business project team are needed to be aware of the technical changes that are continuously taking place in the Technology based environment. Another failure aspect of the business project is lack of open communication. In order to improve the project, all the participants of a business project are required to provide their idea regarding technologies. From the level of risks it is found that content driven issue is the most prioritized risk (Fichman, Dos Santos Zhiqiang Eric Zheng, 2014). The impact of process driven risk and context driven risks are lower than the others. Other affecting factors Implementation of specified changes late: In Order to develop an existing business process all participants belonging from different departments are needed to make the necessary changes. Lack of involvement: If the participants do not provide required attention to the business project then, it will lead to project failure (Kerzner, 2013). The business operations and business functionalities will also get affected for inadequate participant involvement. Employees from different departments are needed to consider separate functional segments of the business project. The finance department and the audit team of the organization are needed to look into specified parts of the business project (Galliers Leidner, 2014). In order to reduce the work pressure, the entire business project is divided into segments and the individual segments are tested by the testing department of the organization. Lack of executive support: Due to lack of executive support a project team might not achieve the project goal (Sweis, 2015). Executive management based support is referred to as the fundamental factor behind the success of a project. If the executive suddenly becomes disengaged with the business project, then maximum turnover will take place. Conflict between the participants: Due to lack of leadership management, internal and external conflicts within the Jordanian business project are continuously taking place in organizations (Schwalbe, 2015). Internal conflict will lead to lack of trustworthiness among the project team members and none of the team member feels free to give their thought and idea about the business project development. Incorrect cost management:Before implementation and development of the project if the finance department does not make the required cost management. Inaccurate estimation of cost and forecast of that cost management lead to organizational failure (Pearlson, Saunders Galletta, 2016). Budget estimation s required to be done in the initial phase. If changes are made according to the changing time line and it exceeds the estimated budget then the stakeholders are not capable to serve the required money to implement the business project. Improper cost management is a major reason for Jordanian business project failure. Shortfalls in the resource: If the allotted resources and team for the project development are not consist any IT expert then the formulation of idea will not be a compatible one comparison to other existing business projects. Inflexible architecture: Lack of management and business oriented strategies might lead organizational failure. Technology governance processes are needed to be served to improve the project (Baskerville Wood-Harper, 2016). If the architecture does not fit the business purpose or of the business architecture is infeasible then it will be another major business risk. Conclusion From the overall discussion it can be concluded that, the critical factors that might affect the success of business or lead to failure of an Information System (IS) project are mentioned in this report. The technology is changing at a random basis; in order to meet the requirement of the consumers and complete the project within the allotted time phase the identified issues are needed o be mitigated from the core business architecture. The report has determined the factors behind the IS project failure in Jordon. The affect of these factors can be mitigated by implementing certain change management with the existing business process. From the business project study it is found that the high degree of customization, will lead to continuous risks in the business organization. Project failure is referred to as a failure for both the organization and for its consumers. Violation from any of these segments will interrupt the regular business flow. Lack of communication among the team mem bers and between the project manager and the project team members will generate another major concern in the business management system. Recommendations to improve the performance of the organization In order to mitigate the failure of business projects in Jordan certain recommendations are provided to the project managers. The recommendations are as follows: Cost management: For managing a proper business project, management of cost is referred to as a major factor. During the recruitment period, hiring of appropriate person for manager post and arrangement of exact training and development program is needed to be done, so that while required they could serve out of box rather critical business strategies to the organization. The information system is required to be well managed by the project manager and he or she must be aware of the how to guide his or her fellow project team members. Communication management: Instead of vertical, horizontal, upward and downward communication, the Jordan business organization should posses open communication among the team members. It will help to establish a proper communication layer, where, al the team members will feel free to communicate with each other and also with the project manager. Time management: This is another factor that is needed to be considered before the implementation of a business project in the Jordanian business organizations. During the planning phase the development team measures a time within which the project is required to be completed under the guidance of the project manager. Improper time management will exceed the estimated budget also because, if the time exceeds then the duration or day count of effort will also exceed. Therefore, before launching the business project in the real world, proper time management is needed to be done by the project participants. References Abu-Shanab, E., Bataineh, L. Q. (2014).
